We managed to get the furnace installed but we are in INSANE debt now and uhhhhh paying that down will allow us to afford things like. Food. The energy bill to run said furnace. Um. Not getting kicked off our lot where the home IS.

THANK YOU, aaaaaa god. We're actually both EXTREMELY happy to never have to dread the time of year when we swap from AC to heat or vice versa, and to have units that reliably work, work well, AND won't FUCKING KILL US. But the trade-off is also very stressful, lol...
