I am so stressed at work right now. so many people are leaving and no one knows how to count money and just ahhhh

I work in accounting at a Township and it's a fucking disaster

literally the concessions we run has never ever had a solid week where the money is correct cause none of these people who work it know how to fucking count money I guess

it's really not that hard it's basic math

im not even good at math and this math astounds me how wrong it consistently is

and with all the turnover in this place everyone is doing things fucking wrong and making my job 10x harder and I wanna scream

it's literally like top tier so finding another job at good pay with similar would be hard
