I'm not okay

I'm freaking out so much.

A part of a really bad tooth broke off and while it doesn't hurt I get like this anytime a piece breaks off because I can't fucking afford to fix it

I know I need to get the damn thing pulled but I can't even afford THAT

I would love to pull it and get the implant but I can't afford that. Hell I don't think I can afford just the pull and that's fucking cheap

I know I need antibiotics to get it not infected because it's infected again (though mildly) and then get it pulled and then get an implant so my teeth don't get super fucked up but I might just leave the gap

okay I need to sleep. And make a phone call tomorrow after work. We'll see how I am after that.

God just... looking at how much I'm living outside of my means every month and not even getting full basic necessities is depressing as hell.
