laughs and laughs. Do you mean Obi-Wan or Palpatine, because the answer is yes either way. It's not until after he killed Obi-Wan that he realized he didn't really want to kill him (hurt him yes, yes he wanted to do that. a lot) and that he was never going to be over his obsession with his

former master, his desire : break him, turn him, destroy him, pick one or more. he was never going to be over wanting him.

Palpatine, he was never going to be able to kill in a way that satisfied him, so just mske it quick I guess.

in Annexed, honestly? he probably still would kill the people he loved cared about, even if he didn't want to.

7. If someone had the power to bring them back after death, would they want them too?

That "person" is the Force, and it can get fucked. Let him die already (it will not, he has a destiny to fulfill).

He's pretty sure Palpatine could do it, and that terrifies him. To be further enslaved to him...

But no really even tho I do have a "Vader is brought back" AU...he was a willing participant there. When he's dead, let him stay dead.

21. Do they consider themselves to be evil?

Yes. Full stop. He's evil, he's a monster, there is no good left, it's gone, burned away on Mustafar and dead like his beloved Padmé. While it sounds dramatic (it is, after all Anakin), that is how he thinks of himself.
