okay so. I am POSITIVE the owed balance is paid. I've wrote notes for each and every time I spoke to them, the original due balance and every payment I had made to them

transaction IDs included so

and I'm glad I did because one person on the phone was like "you owe this much!" NO????

Called back, sure enough, someone said that the owed balance was paid

but I've been on the phone for over almost an hour with these guys to essentially triple check. like jfc

one department has more up to date than the other

I'm so mad... and normally don't yell at people on the phone but when I heard "you owe X amount", I lost it, gave transaction IDs

how does one department have information that's over a week old lmao

and I may have to end this call soon because I have to go out to the dock and ship

I can't be on the phone for an hour

when I get a chance to refinance my car, I'm gonna. this lender has not been great
