I always think of the stairs/elevators at the end of a hallway and [insert room/showers/infirmary/etc] in the center of the hall (for ease of access) )with common rooms on the other end, but I think your layout makes way more sense

like the inmate bathrooms at the least would definitely make the most sense being near the centre of the deck for ease of access

That was kind of my thought, but that's mainly because Sweeney lives on that floor. The other spaces he uses aren't on the residential decks, so they're more ambiguous in my brain

personally I like the library at the end bc I like the appearance of the big double doors at the end of the hall, but that might just be me

I do think there are spaces (like the library) that would be nice at the end. I'm not looking at the pic right now, but I would probably put stairs at both ends, even if only one has an elevator
