Done watching The Fall of the House of Usher

What's intriguing about the series was that it was written and directed by an atheist, but how he presented the intermingling of religion, faith and fanaticism against the backdrop of an almost deserted little island with such passion made it as if it's a love letter to God Himself

What struck me the most and pulled at my heartstrings was the character Riley Flynn's monologue on death. It's one of the most beautifully written script I've ever heard in a piece of art. Mike Flanagan should've won the Emmy's for that
