rubs my eyes etc, but I just had a dream someone apped spongebob squarepants to the game and his monster was he just turned into 1 full sponge and the Duchess was trying to torture him by leaving him in like a pool, and no one could rescue him bc he kept like, bobbing away in the water.
I think the distinction is that he's normally a sentient sponge but he went pop with like that little cartoon SPARKLE effect and then just flopped down on the ground as normal ass sponge, just like, lying there,,,, being a sponge,,,
and gilia was upset because he is her fam clearly, he is a sea sponge!! the Duchess has captured him!!! and idk it was like Murphy or Mavis or Danny that was like, Gilia he's just a sponge, it's fine,
but yes then it was that moment of when you try and catch someone in the water but moving towards makes it float away bc you made lil ripples by moving etc so just spongebob just kept floating away
but the water he was captured it was like, still scary, the Duchess's underground lake/river but there were roots hanging from the ceiling and stuff that kept tangling in everyone's hair and getting it dirty, which was very important / bad like full OH NO, MY HAIR
I either have like full blown films, like I am an audience member watching them play out, or nothing, but my brain last night was like on some shit, ig
also my dream was thankfully fuckin empty on if anyone was willing to fuck spongebob or the sponge!monster so we can all be relieved of that information
but my fav parts were people worried about apongebob vs people who were like, it's a sponge it's fine, what she gunna do, leave him in a dirty sink oh noooo

ALSO I should mention that richard harmon is fucking obsessed with spongebob so the meta irony of murphy being like "he's just a sponge" is chef's kiss
