every 5-6 weeks i have to drive almost 2 hours to a retina specialist to get eye injections

so today, i strap in and drive all the way out there and the lady at the front desk goes "...huh, i don't have you, did you reschedule?"

i show her the confirmation text, so she like. calls somebody else and they're like oh yeah that was us we rescheduled her. and the lady was like "can you put her back??"

and they go "totally" and she's like sweet, give us just a minute to get u back on the books

then five minutes later whoever it was calls her back like oh, we rescheduled her because her insurance approval for the injection medication is still pending, it hasn't been approved

i drove two hours for no reason, and this is like. my fourth round of injections, what's with the insurance problems
