[TW: Pet death] We said goodbye to Jackson Friday morning.

I was just cleaning up in the kitchen and moved the treat bags and looked over to see if he noticed, and it hurt so damn much to see his usual cat tree empty.

He was so special and unique, and I think about all the things we’ve gone through in the ten plus years we had him, and he was ALWAYS there.

He just knew when we needed him.

saying goodbye to a pet is always so hard. I'm so sorry

Zee : Thank you. There are times it doesn’t feel quite real... I half expect him to come trotting out and flop on the floor.
