Amelia will have thoughts about this and I am... not sure if she'll say them out loud. She doesn't want to start anymore fights they've had so many about her shit, though she'd argue she's done the crying bit to herself.
They did so well in the Crucible convo all things considered, but Wolfe is still keeping a LOT of his shit to himself, including how much he agonized (and is still upset by) the whole conclusion he came to.
But that feels unrealistic and childish, and what he said about not feeling he would have a place in Ragneaux is true, especially if Amelia sticks to her Shadow Mistress thing as hard as she's been doing and doesnt allow herself anything soft
He grabs for it as much as he can in Dup, but Dup at this point feels like... It's absolutely real, but it's got an expiration date, so it feels like when they can split off he's not going to be able to have that anymore in the same capacity, and especially wouldn't in Ragneaux (or Thedas...)
Plus his general guilt about not going back to Thedas even though he feels like he's running from his responsabilities. But also he should... maybe be dead? And maybe its better that he's gone and can't fuck anything else up there?
(ftr he is not suicidal. He doesn't want to die or be dead. He just has this idea that in a "good" end for Thedas, he's supposed to be left in the Fade because that's what happened to all the other Hawkes he knows about)
Amelia needs to open up about her side of things, too, but she's just... not, because it's painful and he made his choice and it's his choice to make, so what's the point? (oh my gods woman PLEASE the both of you need to talk more)
