ngl, before like...epic climate change, we used to have ice storms in Jan/Feb all the time.

since everything was melting but still FUCKIN COLD, the water would freeze powerlines, cause huge amounts of black ice which caused accidents, make tree branches extremely heavy and fall over, etc...
