He will Disapprove of Edward having been a pirate because that means he was a criminal and criminals must be punished. But Rorschach is very good at making excuses for people to work around his own rigid black and white thinking.

lol yeah Edward would be a hell of a grey area bc he's been pardoned but also he still did murders on the side but also they were murders for a cause
