No throw up after half an hour. We were warned that cats are known for being hard to get to throw up. So this may just be an expensive blood work visit
But, like with her leg, it's worth the price because as much as I hate my job and I don't think it pays as well as it should - it does pay decently. So we can afford to say we tried everything we can.
Hopefully this is a big overreaction and she'll have no ill effect. But if she does then we will only feel bad for not stopping her in time. Not feel bad because we didn't stop her in time and didn't try anything to help.
In other news. I've had two people compliment my Trigun shirt. Including the nurse who didn't know there was a Trigun reboot this year, but he sure knows now.
Berna has had access to grapes before as an old housemate was fond of them but Berna was more interested in playing with the ball shaped things and making us accident ly step on them once she got them to the hallway.
24 hours later and Berna is still doing well. We have a follow up blood test to do tomorrow to confirm everything internally is also still good, but I'm thinking we got lucky and took her to the vets for nothing.
She was. And bloods have been extracted. Waiting on the results. This will tell us for sure that she got lucky and there has been no ill effect. Or if there is any hidden worry for us to take care of
A very expensive trip to the vets for nothing, but I feel much better knowing it was nothing. I can go on my trip without worrying something might suddenly change
Probably FineConfirmed fine!] How'd you expect to start your weekend? Mine certainly wasn't at an emergency vet to make a cat throw up.your cookie had corn chips in it????
