Rayon is acrylic. Many yarns are available in acrylic!
ArtIsArt
ArtIsArt
Acrylic tends to be rougher, but doesn't contain wool. It's very easy to work, in knitting or crochet, and is available in all weights.

I am 10 years of yarn knowledge, let me help where I can.

Universal Yarn Bamboo Pop Yarn at WEBS | Yarn.com This might work, it's only bamboo and cotton.

Rayon is a form of false plastic-based fiber, a type of acryic, that is.

here's two shops with cotton and one with bamboo in Colors
ArtIsArt
You want to look for acrylic, viscose, nylon, cotton, bamboo, and rayon in your yarns; none of these will ever contain wool, and all come in bright colors!
ArtIsArt
If plastic-based fibers are too rough in any way, stick to cotton and bamboo, though.
ArtIsArt
If you want lighter finished product, use a lighter weight and looser stitch.
ArtIsArt
This will, however, increase the amount you need and throw off your gauge. Which means math.
Ziri✖O
I know rayon's a plastic that's why I was confused when I saw 100% Bamboo Rayon as the listing on fiber content for bamboo yarns
Ziri✖O
all of the yarn I use is acrylic because that's what I could afford I'm just trying to go to natural fibers for more comfortable pieces
ArtIsArt
Ok. Cotton and bamboo, then.
ArtIsArt
I linked some and will keep diving!
Ziri✖O
ALSO THANK YOU NAEL FOR THE LINKS
Ziri✖O

Ziri✖O

ArtIsArt

decaf coffee
On the rayon note, it's a plastic but it's made of vegetable cellulose. So you can have a rayon that's 100% bamboo. A synthetic fiber but not petrochemical based.
Ziri✖O
Nice!!! That's what I thought but I was like "????" Anyways
