sure do love how xfinity is like "we're doing proactive service at your address! we'll send a technician out" and then when my phone does not ring for some reason and I just want to call the goddamn tech back it is impossible to do so

I got a voicemail! I know they were here! they called my number and if I call back the system acknowledges that I have an appointment today but there are ZERO options for me to just call the technician back

like how hard is this

also im deeply annoyed that when I thought I was cranking the volume up on my phone's ringer I was in fact just cranking up the volume on games/apps/media :|

also I noticed I was getting low on one of my brain drugs so I checked my account and it looks like for some reason they removed that drug from auto-refill

so im just like. fine, I'll have an express order shipped to me, easy peasy

except now they're like "okay! we're contacting your doctor!"

and im just. buddy you have the prescription for that? you have filled it before, what gives??

okay so good news xfinity tech didn't actually need to come inside so that's taken care of, bad news i probably can't get my drugs by monday without contacting my doc so probably gonna need to get the prescription filled in new york
