Suzume is easy to grasp and enjoy, for a Makoto Shinkai anime movie. Some of Shinkai's films like Weathering With You was too visual but lacking direction in story. Suzume righted that path and ended up a simpler yet incredible epic tale of magic, mystery and love.

Hmm, I haven't watched it yet, but I wanna when I get the chance. I watched WWY last night, so I think Suzume's the way to go cuz I heard its in the same universe
