Zuko; he's neutral on; he is concerned about the relationship with Azula

Misa; is a good friend that he trusts and will protect her and die for her, if he needs too; he is also concerned about how young she is just because she saw battle like that at her age

and he is glad she can call him out and is pushing him to be honest with his own feelings

Arrakis!

The Doctor really appreciates and trusts Arrakis; and someone The Doctor wouldn't second guess because Arrakis, Misa and Webby are those The Doctor trusts and believes they will think to try to do the right thing before resorting to fighting/killing

He also has noted how Arrakis is scared/sad and wants to help

Well, hell, Azula me

Azula, he is concerned about her mental health; if she was abused when she was younger and her relationship feelings about her brother that is a bit concerning

that said she is stone cold brilliant :x

and he hopes that she's not completely lost in the prickly dark forest

that said he doesnt want to stop commiting to her either

because he can tell she's at the end of her rope with that

Yon Fellow and to be honest she's like 9 before Rose in some ways

in the not wanting anyone to care for them and being just 'fine' without anyone else

and that wasnt too long ago for 10 so he gets that

and caring is a 'weakness' because remember 9 kept brushing Rose off

so- if Azula tolerates The Doctor existing thats all he can ask for because hes been in that mental spot
