successfully pulled off a heinous bit of mischief tonight

i made liver and onions but tricked gammal by telling her it was fried steak

she ate every bite

dad insists i'm a terrible person for that

omg, that is devious

i soaked it in milk overnight but it still very much tasted like liver

then i just covered it in montreal steak seasoning, then flour, and fried it

all bc i couldn't find the previous recipe i used that had been something like "liver and onions for people that hate liver"

we also had mashed potatoes with gravy, and i snuck more veggies into her by giving her v8 strawberry & banana to drink

her kidneys are saying No to all soda, not just dark sodas, so at least it's a healthy swap

anyway i told her what we really had for dinner and she was like, yeah but i was hiding it in the plants and whatever and i was like lol no i watched you eat all the liver before you even got started on the mashed potatoes, and making happy piggy noises the whole time
