through sheer coincidence i discovered yesterday that, john young, has shut down cryptome.org as of 2023/08/20. he was my prior generation's cypherpunk i remember that site having been around forever. it was always "no-bullshit" disclosures. pretty crazy that it's finally being put to rest.
