stupid question but does anyone have remedies against the worst fuxkimh cramps and tummy issues helpppp

1) eat
2) hot bath/shower
3) ginger or chamomile tea
warmth in general is good. I can find a supplement list but I don’t remember off the top of my head

dream bird evil : mane none of those usually work well for me but thank you! i am gonna resort to pain killers for now
