I've been here, like, only eight months, so it feels like it's too fast and I've barely got anything done.

TRYSE HAS HAD A SECRET PROJECT

jay and i are talking about taking the girls together somewhere if you'd ever want to follow

She's gathered, like, four out of six ingredients to make Gleipnir, and two replacements for the stuff she couldn't find. Gleipnir being, uh. The ribbon that held the Fenris Wolf.

And she was gonna pass it off to Borochi at some point this month as a "This is the only thing I can possibly make a difference with", but idk if that'll still be happening.

I dunno that I'm finished taking Tryse yet and her following the Sobecks around would be cute.

do it, i bet there'll be a way for tryse's efforts to pay off :3

I'll have to ask Cleo about whether or not she still wants to deal with that!

do it! i plan to be hitting cleo up about finding places to tie up the loose ends/threads i left deliberately hanging around when cat good ended myself, so

I didn't have a strong arc for Tryse planned, more just a general direction. But she hasn't really finished that up either, and the time remaining isn't enough for her to get into it, I don't think.

(For other players, there was a plan for her to get her spellbook destroyed, find out that, no, she's got magical oomph on her own, and transition into being a more traditional fairy tale/mythic sorceress type, but there was never a good point for it, especially since it'd be, uh. Emotionally devastating to her and require a lot of time for her to get over.)

Re: Leaving

Tryse is going to be devastated at the idea of having to choose

Because she's been so safe and secure in the idea that, even if she good ends, she's never leaving this world

And she's kinda liked and wanted that because she doesn't want to give up Claudine and Aloy and Airi.

And if she can go home, she might have to go and face Arthur, and she feels like she's shamed herself there.

But if she had to go... She loves Airi and Aloy dearly, but she loves Claudine more. But also she knows that she's got... nothing she can really do in Claudine's world. She'd be dead weight in a place of technological wonders.

And she'd basically just be a burden on Claudine.

Whereas she'd have something she might carve out for herself in Sobeckland.

I'm a little nervous about the idea of taking her to sheep.

I'd like to, I guess? I'd kinda like to take her anywhere (except schoolgame, she's too old, and sunrite, because that's explicitly a copy and not the original)

but, like

It feels like they're gonna get a flood of snek refugees ahaha

I kinda thought snek would keep going, so I hadn't really make any plans

Idk. When it comes to post snek stuff for Tryse, I'll see how things go and where people head. Ideally it'd be a game with some of her Egg gals (Airi is an Egg gal in her mind).

I don't think she has it in her to start over again.

She'd probably just have a total breakdown instead.

And I feel like resetting her from zero... idk. She'd either end up retreading the same development or going along an opposite path, and I'm not in the same headspace I was in where she was a potential villain.

I just don't feel like it right now.

And I'm invested in this dumb witch as she is.

Man, but Cleo made a really good environment for character development

And it seems a waste to stop playing her after such a short time after all the work I've put into her.
