hi

today my friends had a smash party where they invited a bunch of people over to help demolish an ugly closet in their basement

and it was also smash themed in that we played smash bros and had smashed foods like egg salad, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, etc

AND their house is full of cats and toddlers

So not only did I get to violently take out my current frustrations with a sledgehammer but I also got quality kitty and baby cuddles afterwards

what about smash burgers

oh man we didn't think about that

That does sound like cathartic violence
