While Tala is distracting Reva and Obi-Wan is fighting his way up to the torture chamber/interrogation chamber, Vader beats him there.

Sees the Organa Heir and is like "this is a political mess that I am not getting tortured over. also clearly Obi-Wan is after HER" because he knows much better that Reva the relationship between Obi-Wan and Bail Organa from the Clone Wars.
