My husband woke up with the headache again. I keep telling him to make an appointment to see the doctor. He's stubborn. He's had this tension headache for over a week. Even though it's not as bad as it was at the beginning. It clearly is still lingering and bothering him. I can tell when he's slamming things.

He knew I was trying to go back to sleep. When I hear this loud slam in the room. Sorry, but not very nice of him.

I would never do that to him.

He's off to work now.

I think all the slamming scared the cats. Poor things didn't do anything either. Besides, Lily is meowing at him. She probably sensed something.

She talks to him in the mornings.

I guess he wasn't in the mood.

He seems to be angry a lot lately.

If you use any OTC pain meds get some Maximum Strength Aspercreme with Lidocaine, roll-on. It helps ease my neck muscle headaches. I don’t believe in topical pain reducers but Aspercreme works for me. Light massage helps me too.
