i have had my google pixel 4 since about 2021-ish? and honestly, it has improved my Phone Experience extremely. i love my phone very much and the level of customization i can get with it makes me Happy. the colors automatically adjust based on my bg!!! which always fills me with glee

for reference, this is what my phone theme presently looks like

i am an android girl until i die considering my last phone lichterally lasted me from 2013 until 2019? 2020? idr, but it was a long ass time. also, i will hold onto my current phone for as long as i can because it has a headphone jack. I WILL NEVER LET GO

lol...i am still using my Samsung Galaxy S5...which I think I've had since at least 2015? 2014?

i have an iphone Xr and I got it in 2019 or 2020 I think...i can't remember

I have a Samsung Galaxy s2022 ultra asdgh this is actually the first one I bought with my own money since others were hand me down but it's really good, I always like phones with pencils but none of them were really good and this phone allows me to draw or take notes as well as take cute pictures of my cat (important)

I will probably also keep this phone until it is in it's death bed asldkg

i have a google pixel 7 for... two weeks! it has been a mega improvement since my last one that was a oneplus nord which was a really good phone but the camera and battery were starting to show its years so i had to spend on the one i have currently

it's definitely geriatric in its functionality. LOL I actually have a new A54 from Samsung the past 2 weeks but I haven't found the time to activate it and transfer all my data and etc etc

Choco : OOOOO samsung galaxies always seem so fancy to me.... i always wanted a phone with a pencil but i got the cheap version and paid dearly for it (Do Not Buy the LG Stylo).... grips my phone powerfully the world will have to pry mine out of my cold dead hands

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22. I got it for Christmas and it arrived late so I didn't get it until....this year? my last phone I cracked the screen during covid (it hit the corner of the bathroom sink) first phone screen I ever cracked!

I got my iPhone 12 back in...late spring/early summer 2021, I think??? My dad got a bunch of giftcards from his seasonal tax work that year, my parents were getting new phones and my old Android phone (I forget what model specifically but I got it in 2012) wasn't doing so hot anymore, so I was just "ALRIGHT FINE I'LL GET THE IPHONE TOO" gfkjjjndfkd

I, too, refused to get a new phone for so long out of stubborness--

I use an iPhone 13 I got in Jan 2022, before that I used a Samsung Galaxy S7 for 4-5 yrs.

I still miss Android cuz the level of customization you can do w/ Apple stuff kinda sucks tbh. but my old Android phone was slowing down so badly I needed something that could work fast and good cuz I’m on the go so often for school/work

and Apple stuff just always worked well out of the box for me with little tinkering, so I’m happy with it and intend to keep this for the next 4+ yrs if I can! admittedly I do like how easily Apple products work with one another if you stay w/ iOS or their weird little Apple ecosystem

Beepis : same with mine aa it was super laggy but tbf.. I had and lg stylo but earlier version and it was... better?!?! my dad ended up changing companies so he changed all out phones altogether so.. I got an upgraded shittier version and I was like NOOOas;ldkgjh

emsycubed : yeah although androids do last a long while, they def start showing their age after enough time.... the fact they stopped implementing battery compartments you can open has only made life harder since you can't replace the battery hopefully your phone lasts you awhile

Choco : IT WAS HORRIBLE, THE WORST, SO LAGGY, i think i had the 4th one??? and worst of all the stylus was just. a plain ass rubber nib thing. I HATED THAT PHONE.

I'm an android girl because the prices of Iphones here are just so...mindbogglingly high, they are not an option unless you are rich.

...or one of those sad people that buy one at 100 installments so they can feel cool. Which is sadly a lot of the brazillian population.

I have a Motorola XT1922-5, I have had it for...5 years + I think? Its a hand-me-down from my mom after she got herself a new one.

Its old but it runs everything mostly ok, and I don't use phones much too, since I'm a shut-in that barely leaves the house, so it works.

I do wish I had a new one, though, so I could have a shitty one to go out with.

Since mugging is so common here, its normal to have the "thief's phone". AKA the one you carry when you go walk on the street.

Sadly, the muggers caught on this trend and now they beat people up if you don't have a good phone for them.
