fun fact: Sigruds name sounds nordic, but actually is made-up

Sigurd and Harivald are nordic/germanic names, but his is just sliiightly off XD

i was wondering about that

I keep seeing his name and wanting to read it as sigurd but then i have to go "no, hold on"

it took a while to memorize his surname

meanwhile most of his canon its just "the Dreyling" or "Dauvkind"

it would be like running into someone named jahnathon

almost a native name, but not quite
