I'm about ready to throw my sewing machine out a window

I CANNOT get it to have correct tension and the bobbin either doesn't turn or it jumps after two stitches and get gnarled on the underside

And the needle is misaligned... it's just broken, I don't know how to fix this

cool I'm a huge dumb and was using the wrong bobbin size...

my old machine's bobbins got mixed in to the new one and they're slightly different sizes
