people who have been friends with me on here for a while might remember the saga of him applying to a job with the Navy in Rhode Island back in 2019

that was ultimately dropped/scrapped because of covid and, seemingly, because he didn't get the clearance he needed

because, after applying for a new job that needs the same clearance, it turns out that he got said clearance back in 2020

and no one told him

at all

a shit ton of stress on both our parts could have been avoided, but something happened

yeah, someone screwed up somewhere

it's good that he has clearance and all, but man
