的區別嗎？

晚點再來解說 大家可以想一下

在...裡面跟在...？
到頭來(聯合公園有這首歌） 、最後
在學校（裡面）、在那間學校
在醫院裡、在那間醫院裡，在那間醫院 有講跟沒講一樣

狀態和地點？

in school 記得是 在學時（？）at school 就是物理狀態的在校

先講 at on in的物理概念
At 是一個點 在目標物旁邊
所以可以想成在某個地方旁邊 （1D物體概念）

On 是一個點 在平面上面
想成在某個平面上
（2D物體概念）

In 是一個點 被目標物包圍
可以想成在一個立體的物品中間
（3D物體概念）

所以一個人坐在桌子旁邊的椅子上
叫做 at the table （以桌子當作1D目標物）/ on the chair （以椅子當2D目標物）
如果坐在桌子上 叫做on the table (以桌子當作2D目標物）

如果是坐在床上
是sit on the bed

如果是睡在床上
因為被棉被跟床墊包著
就是stay in bed

所以end 來說
他是一個點
物理上的end
要用at the end

例如說在街尾
是 at the end of the street

In the end 是指結局 或結尾
故事的結尾是非物理性的
所以是 in the end of the story
如果是書本的結尾
是物理性的地點位置 所以是 at the end of the page / book

另外容易搞錯的是
on the top of the page
是指那一頁的上面 （以平面來看 例如放了一支筆在頁面的上面）
但是如果是那一頁的開頭
是 at the top of the page

故事的開頭不是用top 通常是用beginning 所以比較不會搞混

In school / in hospital
是指那個人在那裡做一般人最常做的事情
所以in school 是指上學
In hospital 是指 住院
（另外一個特別的地方是監獄 in prison 就是被關）

但是加上定冠詞的話
In the school
In the hospital
是指物理性的去特定的某個學校/醫院
可能在裡面做的事包括但不僅限於上學跟住院
可能是老師或醫生 In the prison 也是物理性的在哪個監獄 但不一定是犯人 可能是掃地阿姨
