i am in so much pain..i slipped and fell on my butt a few hours ago..feel so sore..ad ate and taken painkillers..but am still in pain..i wished that there is a stronger otc painkiller or musclerelaxant..ugh..n am sleepy but how to sleep when i am in so much pain..
