I had to replace the batteries in my bathroom scale and I swear the new ones are heavier because I gained almost a kilo! LOL

Plus this wasn’t my usual “first thing in the morning upon waking up and after using the toilet” weigh-in. That’s the “official” weight I use to track my progress.

Of course it's the battery, to old ones were empty, the new ones are packed full of electrons.

my weight fluctuates 3-4 lbs either way throughout the day as compared to my morning check-in
