How are we doing today?

Attempting to make any sense of my latest work schedule, because I've inexplicably been pushed down to only four days a week with no apparent reason why, despite being full time. At the same time, I'm suddenly scheduled/coded as a Senior Cook despite only being a line cook

Which means being paid more and also a fairly high chance I just got silently promoted

(and it's a promotion I've been actively gunning for for like half a year now)
