gooooood morning

I woke up surprisingly early for a Sunday and I'm hoping this is a sign I can make some productivity happen today, one way or another

also skimming through what LotS text posts I have saved woke Bri up and had her grumbling about not writing her recently so I should fix that

this is such a mood

well at least I've done one meaty tag today so no matter what I don't get to consider today a loss

what if I binged this show again and remade my Kahlan journal

I should really rewatch it for the hell of it, I bought the dvds ages ago and they're still unopened lol

finally messing with icons and ugh I want to redo all my caps

I swear somehow they wind up being lower quality than the vid

and I've been trying to avoid saving a frame a second but so many of these are like mid-expression and useless -.-

/grumbles and gripes

of course it also doesn't help that there's like 3 different cutscene render qualities and the ones using the same models you interact with always seem to be extra pixely and difficult to work with

and I'm getting to the point where I'm disliking every icon so probably time to quit this attempt for the night despite my stubborn desire to at least make one pass through this whole cutscene

on a different but related note: sometimes I forget Mara is on the slender-fit side until the model turns a certain way and it's like, oh right, she's got a small waist and is in basically (her) perfect shape

I like how this morning I fleetingly thought about maybe writing up starters for the event ahead of time, and now it's approaching 9pm and I just want to make some popcorn and chill since tomorrow it's back to work

but hey, did get a small batch of icons done which I've continually been dragging my feet on doing, plus that tag this morning so I'll count today as a net positive
