Goooood morning all! Hope everyone is well, I'm going to be doing/keeping track of my chores and goings on for today

Got up and dropped my car off at the dealership by 8 am and got an uber back home

put the first layer of sealant down on some wood for a shelves fix

Loaded the dishwasher/did the handwashing

morning pet care done (feed and water the dog, turn on lights for the lizards without timers)

got my laundry put away

ate some chips

looked into flights for visiting my parents at the end of the month, will book later today

called my mom

washed, wiped down, and oiled my cast iron which is now in the oven to cure for a few hours

gonna sweep the porch and do Art

man I want coffee

porch swept and cleaned off, I'll wipe down my griddle counter tomorrow

Second coat down. Pans done during. Made Alexander breakfast to take to his appointment

UNFORTUNATELY it looks like my car has been hesitating because something chewed through the wires

or, I am going to probe about this cause I'm worried, cut

working on dealing with the dealership, walked the dog, stripped and made the bed, last coat of stuff going on the thing

Squirrels have been known to chew on cars

yeah, and we have squirrel issues in our neighborhood

they want to replace the entire wire harness for 2k but I'm getting a second opinion because I know how dealerships are and if someone can just patch the wires, I'm doing that

got the new backboard nailed to the shelf, gonna secure it with a little wood glue, weigh it down, and let it rest

had lunch, its art time

finished art. Gonna have people look at the car. or I was GOING to until my ride presumably fucking fell asleep because he went radio silent!!

finished the day with borrowing my MILs extra car, can't get my car until Wednesday evening now. Got stuff for the cookout so thats at least still on, and got stuff for dinner. Made gnocchi with bacon, had some phone calls, died (fell asleep)
