well. We - Russia - always was some kind of strictly centralized country with powerful goverment. And all citizens of a state perfectly know it. But here - in so called "democraties" we have kinda of .. hoax? And that hoax has started not yesterday

Democracies simply mean everybody gets to vote for who they want to run the country. But that means every voter needs to be educated enough to understand what they are voting for. Governments want the power so they try to confuse everybody and often come up with corrupt policies. Most voters are not very educated.
