Today's promising to be an interesting day at the office

It's the last day before we're getting our first female officer.

There's a lot of sweating about what they won't be able to joke about or watch on the monitors anymore

...Have any of them thought that if they're sweating about it that much, they shouldn't have been doing it in the first place?

That's also one of their concerns about the upcoming body cameras, those are always gonna be recording

I mean, consider what I've said about them before

The big one who's gonna have problems is the captain. He works on impulse a lot.

He likes to zoom in on the elevator cameras whenever he spots a low cut shirt.

That's gonna land him in trouble if he pulls it around her

(Three of the others are also movie buffs who like to quote entire sequences at each other. He is not and doesn't know that they're doing bits, so he tries to interject with the crudest stuff he can come up with to be part of the fun.)

I don't know why I was hoping for some degree of self-awareness.

If they had that, they wouldn't have moved on from the military to being cops.
