my sinuses are in chaos

am i hungry or am i feeling sick? i may never know again

i am a weak baby man who can't air good

everyone on the west coast is much stronger than i am

(that said the airnow site says we are in PM2.5 270 which is Very Unhealthy according to them so maybe it is warranted)
