nap did not go so well and anxiety says it's too late to keep trying

(heart rate spiked every time I actually dozed)

so time to eat something and see what I can do

Today has been a weird day with lots of little tasks that were not on my list - and I'm not done yet, it's art time now - but Mom did bring some groceries so that was a nice surprise and takes off a measure of stress
