They have a special technique for using them, read online! But you should only use them, generally, for smaller spaces, try not to layer much, and I use a piece of cardboard under regular paper to keep from bleeding through. But yeah, apparently, there are sketchbooks for art markers or mixed media that work!

Handle them a bit more like brushes than markers!

Ooh... you got the copics geared at kids and beginners. Get copic sketch!

Ciao is apparently good for filling in large spaces, but yeah, sketch is pricier but that's the one meant for professionals.

(You probably know not to do this, but do not mix alcohol and water based ones, fff. Also, yours look vivid and lovely! Mine look muted, I also need to actually get appropriate paper.)
