a week or so ago, my boyfriend got new clothes, for interviews

he apparently ordered a tie and may have recieved it

it may have been thrown out

I don't know, because he only, this morning, as he was dressing to leave for one of said interviews, said "where's my tie?"

I didn't know you had one!

maybe I threw it out, but I didn't know to check the bag for it! because you didn't mention it!

and I don't remember minor things from a week ago, so I don't know what happened and I'm left wondering why my boyfriend didn't put it aside somewhere specific, if, indeed, he got it

except I'm not entirely wondering, because he never puts things he'll need later in a specific, safe spot, unless they're magic cards, and then he expects me to help him look for them

and there's a delay between him getting the clothes and saying "where's my tie?" which means that, if I did accidentally throw it out, it's long gone
