None of my migraine medication touches it, doing my stretches doesn't help, I've been trying to sleep it off but the pain keeps waking me up

I wish I could do more than replurk, but I did do that. This sounds a lot like what happened when my blood pressure went crazy, I don't know if it's something you're easily able to check or if it's the same at all. I'm just hoping for the best for you ;;

the only thing I could suggest other than medicine if it ends up being blood pressure is a warm shower or bath. it won't fix it but might bring some minor relief.

I had this issue and it turned out it was blood pressure too. Still an er would be good i was sent in for it. Replurking and good luck!
