Some twit was calling it weird that queer folks headcanon the straight characters and ignore the canonically queer ones

I explained that headcanons are generally reactive to what's presented in text, but also folks just want to have stuff in common with characters that they like

What I wanted to say:
First: What the FUCK do you mean 'Queer as Personality'?
Second: Why are you pulling this shit during Pride Month

there's a complicated answer involving what characters to person is drawn to, the fact the canonically queer character might not be written dynamic enough as well as other factors.

but there's a simple answer too: because fuck em, that's why, imo most headcanons don't really need justification, esp queer headcanons. I think I know what answer that person deserves.
