To me - that says no humans allowed in here.
As an aside, at least in the State of Florida, there is NO register of service dogs (and ALL establishments are prohibited from asking to see a certificate).

Sounds like a reasonable boycott to me.

To me this says that service dogs are only allowed in the store (but nowhere else). Do they have more rooms that are not part of the store?

Hm, I guess that would require the "only" to be at the end, right?
