The mug shot will leak. Agreed re Colbert and the other late night shows. We won't know the details of the Meadows deal for a while. One possibility is qualified immunity so they can still charge, they just can't use his testimony or anything derived from the testimony against him.

When he was arrested in NY, he was booked with a fingerprint scanner. There was no ink, and no mugshot. Everyone knows what he looks like. Any file photo from the last ten years is good enough.

They really should do the ink and mugshot thing, just to embarrass him a bit.
