Went grocery shopping and the contents of the food bank bin were one can of tuna and a stupid amount of jars of red sprinkles. Like 30-40.

I am very confused.

People's weird refusal to just put actual goods in the food bank confuses me

like...would it kill people to just buy a 3 pack of peanut butter and put it in there

thinking someone bought the sprinkles for a bake sale or something and got way more than needed

and just dumped them off since, well, what are you gonan do with 30 containers of sprinkles

makes sense
