Of course these people think it's just like regular low self-esteem that you need to just Get Over and completely ignore the fact that the only widely recognised treatment for it is gender-affirming care. (Not to mention not all trans people actually have gender dysphoria but I don't think these people are ready for that nuance, unfortunately.)
