So last week I discovered that the MMA gym I used to go disbanded a year ago. It is making me sad even if I have not been there since 2020

I oddly enough miss the guys.

And it closed for good reasons. The two leaders had been running it for 9 years and they both have families and kids now and don't have time to run it 5 days a week

And I am happy for them about that, but still sad that nobody stepped up to take over. Then again I didn't either so...

And we are still welcome to train with the kickboxing group we shared the gym with.

I might look into getting back into mma or actually seriously look at bjj.

But that will have to be in Kristiandsand which is a drive.

But not yet.
