for recommendations on basic video editing software,if anyone has any, please.
Arbieroo
my budget is very low, however.
SteveBob
For Windows or Mac? If Mac, iMovie is free and very good. If Windows, I don't know.

(If it's still around, that's an old post I just noticed)
Arbieroo
thx! Will give it a shot (because, yes, Windows.)
SteveBob
I just noticed awful reviews of it. Good luck (goodluck)
SteveBob
Looks like those bad reviews are about price, and the store labels it free, so I'm sure the store is right. Give it a go.
Arbieroo
no...you can't save a file without coughing up money, so it isn't free at all!
SteveBob
Arbieroo : that sucks. Sorry.
Arbieroo
it's almost negligably cheap; don't worry.
JigmeDatse
they replied saying Blender and Kdenlive are options, but doesn't see it. Perhaps it was when the internet was doing not nice things and going down pretty frequently (why do we have electrical and communication cables through the air?)
Arbieroo
JigmeDatse : because it's cheap.
Arbieroo
take a look at Blender and Kdenlive.
JigmeDatse
Arbieroo : Both are free, and you wouldn't need to pay for "features". Though there are paid features that you can pay for. They're just entirely separate, and often not doing anything that isn't relatively possible with the existing software (well some of the Blender Render Engines are much better for some things).
Arbieroo
B-)
JigmeDatse
But may take a bit to learn... Which is why it's sort of ... "With caution" which I failed to say previously...
Arbieroo
ok, I'll bear that in mind.
