- Send Survey to residents for sweatshirt sizes
- Send survey to PGY2s for attendance at lunch 5/25
- grab SM list from DH to prime those
- take one LinkedIn Learning training on SM and email Supervisor when complete

Like, she doesn’t get social media as a whole. But even our social media algorithm is different from the college’s algorithm. I got an email from the college SM manager telling me “pictures with lots of words don’t do well on social media. You need to rethink your posts”

Me: really? Because the department’s posts where the image sums up the post with words? 30+ likes with comments. Posts with a blurb but the photo has no words? Like 5 likes, no comments

That may be what the College finds for theirs, but I trained my algorithm to like these kinds of posts. Thanks.

Like it just proves social media is not universal for how it works for people and things. (Also department’s Twitter engagement is shit but Facebook Ans LinkedIn is off the charts)
